This notice describes how Mobilearn handles personal information on this website. It is written in plain terms for you to read, not as formal legal advice. Mobilearn should have this notice checked by a suitably qualified adviser before relying on it.
What this site is
This is a brochure website. It shows our work and gives you a way to reach us. It does not sell anything through the site, and it does not ask you to create an account.
What we collect
We only hold the details you choose to send us. If you fill in the enquiry form or book an intro call, that will typically be:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your phone number, if you give it;
- anything you write in your message, and the date and time it reaches us.
If you email us directly at info@mobilearn.africa, we hold whatever you put in that email.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to reply to you, understand what you need, and arrange a call or a project if that is what you want. We do not use your details for anything else.
What we do not do
We do not sell your details. We do not share them with anyone for their own marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list without your say-so, and we do not build a profile of you.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we are in conversation, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. When it is no longer needed, we delete it. If you ask us to remove it sooner, we will.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@mobilearn.africa and we will act on your request. Because everything we hold comes from what you sent us, this is usually straightforward.
Booking a call
If you book a 15-minute intro call through the site, we use the details you give to confirm the time and to speak with you. We treat that the same way as an enquiry: to talk to you, and nothing more.
Changes to this notice
If how we handle your information changes, we will update this page. The version you are reading is the one that applies now.
